Universities.org provides information, counselling-related content, and facilitation of enquiries relating to study abroad options. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee admission to any institution, visa approval, or any particular outcome. Decisions on admissions, visas, and enrolment rest with universities, governments, and other third parties.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party systems;
use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights;
scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a way that impairs its operation or violates applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, you agree that the courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, unless we elect another competent forum.
